Forbes has announced its list of America's 100 Cheapest Places to Live and Chattanooga is number two for the east south central United States. Knoxville was in the number one spot and Louisville-Jefferson, Ky.-Ind. followed in the number three spot. 

Rarity Communities has two communities near Chattanooga. They are Rarity Club and Rarity Rivers.
